Sadly we must announce there will be no pick-your-own apples this year. The frost in May during blossom damaged much of our fruit.
We hope you will still make a trip to the farm to pick organic raspberries — the crop this year is amazing! — buy from our farmstand, and enjoy our 20th Outdoor Sculpture Exhibit:
“The Art of Noticing” featuring over 50 sculptures by 35 artists installed around the pond and through the woods.

THE ARTIST AND THE ORCHARD
Linda Hoffman’s new book, Overheard in the Orchard, twenty-four conversations between one Golden Delicious apple tree in the orchard and their orchardist with photographs by Ellen Harasimowicz is now available.
The book is designed by Christina Labey at Conveyer Press and the foreword is written by Maine’s apple whisperer, John Bunker, who writes,
“Here’s our chance to listen to one wise apple tree. Thank you, Linda and Ellen, for translating the conversation! Apples trees can be shy, so clearly you’ve gained their trust.”
Artist Linda Hoffman saved an orchard and reshaped her life at Old Frog Pond Farm in Harvard, Massachusetts. When she moved to the farm she didn't know anything about apple-growing. More than twenty years later, the farm is one of the few organic pick-your-own orchards in New England, as well as a hub for a thriving community of visual artists, writers, and spiritual seekers.
Hoffman, the mother of three children, a Zen practitioner, and a breast cancer survivor, has now written about her extraordinary journey in The Artist and the Orchard: A Memoir.
